Designed for low temperature incubator and routine determination of Bio-chemical oxygen Demand (B.O.D.). Inner chamber made of anodized Aluminium or S.S. sheet. Supplied with 2/3 removable perforated shelves. Exterior made out of mild steel sheet duly finished in white Powder Coated paint. Outer double wall door is provided with magnetic gasket and lock & key arrangement. Inner door made out of clear acrylic sheet allowing inspection of material in the chamber without disturbing the chamber temperature. Door operated inner illumination has been provided. The cabinet is mounted on castors.
Temperature is controlled by a sensitive thermostat form 5° c to 50° C ±1° C. For lower temperature working, a standard cooling unit with a sealed compressor with protective devices has been provided below the chamber for safe and efficient working. Heating arrangement has been made within the chamber for higher temperatures. Inner air circulating system is provided to achieve uniform temperature in the whole chamber. A control panel is provided with various indicators, on-off switch, L-shaped thermometer.

Body is made one-piece aluminium and is logged with special mineral wool. The panel is provided with on-off switch, energy control knob, pilot lamp etc.Provided with joint less hand knitted heating nets of glass yarn capable of withstanding high temperature up to 400° C . Laboratory hot plates are available in round and rectangular shapes. Body is fabricated out of thick mild steel sheet duly finished in powder coated paint. The hot plate made of cast iron, duly finished in heat resistant black paint is firmly mounted on the body. Heavy duty heating elements are securely laid under the plate. To operate on 220 V AC 50 Hz single phase. Temperature is controlled by a three-heat rotary switch. Provided with an indicator lamp for the mains and cord & plug.
